The club was developing a new 21 lot residential subdivision adjacent their golf course. The project required a new bay of HV overhead conductor and 270m of 35mm HV underground cable. A new pole mounted 200kva substation. 370m of 4 core 240mm LV underground cable, 6 Pillars, 6 Pits and 4 street light columns.
